
Our yoga weekends are relaxing and fun.
They are practical and non threatening. Whatever your
ability you are welcome. The venues are picked because they offer great
food, fine wines and are in areas of outstanding beauty. So for any non
yoga person there is plenty to do.
There are 6 hours of practical yoga instruction spread over 4
classes
Special attention is given in helping you develop a home practice.
learning to relax, using yoga to keep your body and mind in good health
and lots more.
The classes are suitable for all levels so expect to be
challenged in our normal smiley way.

My yoga classes will enable to enjoy your life, let you tap into increased energy levels and help you in your work and relationships. Yoga schedules - This is an overview to give you an idea. Classes are put together for each group and run Friday - Sunday Our yoga holidays are suitable for all, we have chosen these venues because the hospitality, the quality of the food and wine is superb. What we offer is yoga and a holiday. The teaching style is fun, full of practical tips and non competitive. |
Yoga Class Schedules
Friday - Sunday 4 yoga classes
Friday evening Yoga Class 5.00pm - 6.30pm (1.5 Hours) Introduction to the weekend, breathing, neck and shoulders, de-stress and relaxation session
Saturday
Saturday evening yoga Class 5.00pm - 6.30pm
Sunday morning Yoga Workshop 10.00am - 11.30am (1.5 hours)
sequences and postures designed to re-balance de-stress and revitalised mind and body.
Please note class times may vary - please check with hotel.
Just a brief note to say how much Michele and I enjoyed the yoga weekend. The yoga weekend has inspired us enough to look for a Yoga class near to home. We will try to do the Yoga weekend again next year. Thanks for your help and expert advise, best wishes: Rob Walker.

Dear Phil
Just to say many thanks for a great weekend. the classes were just what
I needed...not too challenging but with lots of explanations so I could
really understand the practice better. I thought the venue was lovely
and the food great. The hotel staff were very helpful so good choice!
I hope I will be able to come to another weekend as the effects lasted
several days ...i.e. enthusiasm and calm!
