food, fine wines and are in areas of outstanding beauty. So for any non
yoga person there is plenty to do.
There are 6 hours of practical yoga instruction spread over 4
classes
Special attention is given in helping you develop a home practice.

Phil Aston founder of 'Yoga at Work' is also a musician and experienced public speaker.
As a marketing director he was no stranger to the anxiety that can come from public speaking or preparing for that show case gig. He has segued his yoga background into this subject resulting in a program that can be tailored for each individual.

Phil has worked in management for over 20 years, starting in industry and moving into media and marketing in the late 1980s. He is a qualified assessor in ISO9000 and BS7911 and is a Reiki Practitioner. Phil is a diploma holder with the The British Wheel of Yoga. His approach of using yogic and meditation techniques and adapting them for day to day situations is unique and is result of direct experience as well as text book studies.
Sue Aston has appeared on professional classical recordings, radio broadcasts, and television, both nationally and internationally, and worked with eminent musicians such as Simon Rattle, Nigel Kennedy, Peter Donohoe, Yehudi Menuhin, Sir Charles Groves, and Esa Pekka Salonen. She is a Reiki practitioner and has been practicing mind body techniques such as Yoga & Karate for over 10 years.
