Our yoga weekends are relaxing and fun.

They are practical and non threatening. Whatever your ability you are welcome. The venues are picked because they offer great food, fine wines and are in areas of outstanding beauty. So for any non yoga person there is plenty to do.

There are 6 hours of practical yoga instruction spread over 4 classes
Special attention is given in helping you develop a home practice. learning to relax, using yoga to keep your body and mind in good health and lots more.

The classes are suitable for all levels so expect to be challenged in our normal smiley way.

A very big thank you for such an inspiring weekend of Yoga.

I thoroughly enjoyed the lovely facilities, friends I made, and kind staff at the Hotel.

I am already missing the culinary delights (all inclusive) and spa treatments available at a discounted rate thanks to the Yoga package.

But most of all a very big thanks to you, for taking me to another level with my Yoga practice. Yoga has been part of my life for many years, but I never believed that there was so much more to learn, and ultimately you have taught me that yoga was all about how you feel. Not only how you feel in your practice, but after this weekend it will be more about how happy and at peace I feel because of Yoga.

I now know from this day on, it will change the way I approach the start and end of each and every day.

A quick line to thank you for helping to make my birthday break so enjoyable with the yoga weekend in Cornwall. I felt like I had been away for 3 weeks, rather than 3 days and when I got home everyone has commented on how well I am looking!!
