Kathryn Carlise Yoga Teacher  Kathryn Carlise - British Wheel of yoga - Hatha

My style of teaching is inspired a lot from iyengar yoga I love the precision and attention to detail,I feel yoga is a wonderfull technology for arriving in the present, connecting with our true nature which is essentialy joyfull, yoga is not about self improvement but a process of undoing all the barries we may have constructed, that prevents us from having an authentic connection to ourselves.
I have been practising yoga for 12 years and fell in love after my first class, love travelling to india where I have done lots of classes and courses which inspired me to train to be a teacher as there is nothing more wonderfull to be able to share yoga.  My approach is friendly, holistic and dynamic.I love exploring the many different styles of yoga.

Linda Bonham - British Wheel of yoga - Hatha
