My approach is to teach yoga in a totally holistic fashion. It is important to me that people understand the benefits of each posture and how this relates to modern life and how these powerful techniques can help you in every aspect of you!
All of my classes are themed to a particular subject and each class is available to everyone regardless of their background, age or experience.
You will become more flexible, you will see your strength and stamina increase but even more importantly you will learn the art of mental and physical balance.
The 'yoga at the work' approach to yoga will enable to enjoy your life, let you tap into increased energy levels and help you in your work and relationships.

Phil Aston is Director and founder of Yoga at Work and holds a full teaching diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga (recognised by the UK Government as the governing body for yoga in the UK)
and also holds an 'Advanced Instructor Level 3 Certificate' with the Register of Exercise Professionals.
Phil also works as a life coach , stress consultant and panic attack consultant and has being developing peoples careers for over 25 years. His background in commerce and senior management has given him experience and a unique insight into how yoga can benefit the individual and the organisation.
As a family man Phil understands the difficulties of juggling the life work balance.

have traveled 70 miles for a 1.5 hour lesson each week must tell you that this

Each time i attend Phil's classes my yoga practice improves more and more

This type pf practice is very non competitive which is perfect for me as
