The teachers

Sue Aston has appeared on professional classical recordings, radio broadcasts, and television, both nationally and internationally, and worked with eminent musicians such as Simon Rattle, Nigel Kennedy, Peter Donohoe, Yehudi Menuhin, Sir Charles Groves, and Esa Pekka Salonen.  She is a Reiki practitioner and has been practicing mind body techniques such as Yoga & Karate for over 10 years.

 

Phil Aston founder of 'Yoga at Work' is also a musician and experienced public speaker. 

As a marketing director he was no stranger to the anxiety that can come from public speaking or preparing for that show case gig.  He has segued his yoga background into this subject resulting in a program that can be tailored for each individual.

The Sessions

Sessions last an hour and can be done in your home.  Or you can travel to us!  Our approach uses four headings: - Preparation, Visualisation, Breathing, and Exposure.

How many sessions you need is a personal one.  Some people are on their way after 3 sessions. Others like to have a refresher session before a new show, tour or exam.
