Life Coaching Life coaching is a real buzz word at the moment and choosing the right life coach is very important. There are some excellent coaches out there and there are also a lot of people who’s experience is largely gleamed from books and anecdotal sources. I have been involved in developing people and helping them reach their potential for over 25 years. My background in people based consultancy, management, running businesses and teaching yoga means my approach is holistic and realistic.

I also specialise in helping people with anxiety and panic disorders.  This specialism is based on personal experience.  I have a 100% success rate in this area having helped people from across the world in this area.

My approach is to coach on all levels from the physical to the mental.  Giving you an understanding of how your nervous system reacts to your thoughts and how to avoid doubt and move forward in a positive way that is right for you.

Coaching is carried out over the phone and via email.  This service is available to all.
