The first thing to remember is there is nothing wrong with you, your body is simply doing its job. The problem originates from your nervous system being out of balance. The problem with a panic attack is that the danger is perceived and not real, although the on set of attacks will usually be based on a passed event.

Panic Attacks and Panic Disorders
Perhaps you have experienced the following :
Palpitations, accelerated heart rate, sweating, trembling, shortness of breath, feeling of choking, chest pain, nausea, abdominal distress, feeling dizzy, light-headed, faint, feelings of unreality, fear of losing control or going crazy, fear of dying, numbness or tingling sensations, chills or hot flushes.
A panic attack can be terrifying, feelings like you are going to die, losing control are common. Sufferers tend to try and avoid places and events where they feel panic attacks may arise.
This results in a lack of confidence and a withdrawal from life itself. It’s not the panic attack itself that is the problem, it is the fear of future attacks that leads to serious problems.

themselves.

important presentation, exam, performance, meeting or decision you need

you let negative stress into the equation, fear and doubt follow soon
after, in turn clouding our perception of reality and increasing your
chances of failure.
